"The Galactic Nightrider 0226"
This fine old artifact from the late 50s stood for years out in the middle of the desert between Kahlotus and Washtucna Washington. In recent years it has become a stopping point for students and other people to take photographs of themselves in or on the bus or to use it as an artist canvas. Since it was on State Land and was creating so much attention (and liability) it was removed from that location. The Washtucna Museum put this bus on a piece of property in Washtucna along Hwy 26. Now it is available once again as an artist canvas. Its appearance changes almost daily.
"Palouse Falls Spring Sunset"
May is when Palouse Falls is at its best. The grasses are green and the skies are magnificent. When visiting this site be very careful. Its a long way to the bottom. This last year their were deaths from people falling or drowning.

"Fill'er up ma'am and wash the windshield?"
As I stopped in Rosalia to explore this fine old Texaco Station this gentleman approached me wanting to know if I wanted to take a tour and look inside. He was dressed in his Texaco uniform. He was very kind and let me take his picture by his gas pump. If you get a chance to stop, do so.
